    Hi Happy New Year

    Our controller (4638) has stopped working – the usual flashing lights. Have got the contoller out – can anyone advise how to get inside the unit so I can clean the contacts.

    The same problem was fixed by QER in 2005 but they are not answering their phones right now and we need to get the oven working quickly.

    Hi,

    We don’t generally open the things up, best left well enough alone. 😉

    QER should be back today I should think or tomorrow at the latest and there’s no alternative as, IIRC, that part (as are most for those cookers) is now obsolete.
