😳 The door panel has fallen off my Whirlpool Dishwasher ADG957 and I cannot seem to find any way to fit it back on. Can anyone help me please? There are no obvious hooks or slots that I can see. Would soooo appreciate some help. Many thanks.

Are there not two plastic rails with “T” sections moulded to them attached to the door panel?

Yes, there are….we have tried introducing the door panel back on, but it just falls off again.

Open door, loosen the 2nd and 4th door screw on each side by three turns. This will open the clamps (look in the square holes and you’ll see them). With the door almost shut, insert the lugs into the bottom of the square holes and lift up whilst pushing the decor door against the machine. Open door fully (don’t let go yet!) and do up the screws.

    That’s it……….

Hi, thanks for that, have studied the door and can see the logic. Will try tomorrow as it’s a bit late now. Very grateful for your help. You are fantastic!! 😛 😆

    Re: Whirlpool Dishwasher ADG957

Thank you for your help regarding the dishwasher door – I wonder if you could help re another problem:

My integrated dishwasher keeps stopping towards the end of a cycle and beeping repeatedly (until I turn it off or reset). It seems to be during the rinsing or drying cycle (very hot and steamy when I open door) and always has half an inch of water in the bottom. There is also a metallic rattling noise from the base before it stops. If I switch it off for half an hour, I can then restart it and it will finish the cycle. Two local engineers (not Whirlpool specialists) have failed to find the cause. Would be VERY grateful for any suggestions! Thanks.

When it starts to “Beep”, open the door and count the pattern of the flashing light – 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat for example. It is a basic error coding system.

Many thanks. There is no pattern to the flashing, it just keeps flashing…and flashing continuously! It doesn’t stop until I reset the machine by holding in the start button for several seconds.

    Hi
Its going to be the NTC sensor and/or faulty control module.
    Un-plug appliance before investigating :plug:
