    Hi,

I have just recieved my Smeg Dishwasher, and due to the lack of sink in my kitchen until the weekend really need to get it working; however I keep getting error 9 “The maximum level of water for loading has been
exceeded (on models with turbine flow-regulator
only).” which dosn’t tell me much.

I’ve seen the reset posts; however I have 5 programme keys – and have tried all of them to bring up 5 flasking lights with no sucesses. Can this dishwasher be reset of is there some other way for me to get it working without having to wait for Smeg to come out to do it for me.

    Thanks

    Jenny

    Hi Jenny,

To be honest there’s not much more that we can offer other than what’s already on here but I would advise getting an engineer to have a look as the machine is new.

Is there a reset for this model?

The tech stuff I’ve looked at says “open and close door, press start, programme should continue”.

Seems a bit unlikely to me…….

BTW, you say that there is no sink for a few days – how have you got this machine plumbed up for drainage at the moment?

Using the old sink drain – and its draining fine – you see it starts and after 5 min the error come us, but then drains the machine.
