Says machine is a 13 month old Samsung washer. Model is a D1245S, not to sure about that, was a bad line. He says that he is getting SE in the display. Now I can find SE for LG machines in the error codes thread but nothing like that for Samsung. Has he got the make/model wrong or does anyone know what SE is on a recent Samsung?

Hi Jim
The correct model is B1245S.
The SE is actually 5E and means that there is a drain error.HTH

Cheers Dave, have entered his details into repairs@ just in case he does not manage to sort it. Used to do his old machine but he has just moved a bit to far away.
