    I have a problem with my Miele W916 washing machine. 2 red lights are flashing on the front panel-these indicate a problem with either the water inlet or draining. (I have checked the inlet-no problems there)This has happened several times in the past and it has always been a foreign object ie button coin etc lodged in the INTERNAL FILTER or a hose. There is an external filter that is easily accessible but there appears to be nothing blocking it. Every time a service engineer looks at the machine, it takes him around just 5 mins to find an object in the INTERNAL FILTER or a hose. An electrician friend of mine says he will take a quick look, please can you tell me how we can gain access to the internal filter/hose.
