    hi,went to a bendix tm310 condeser dryer today havent seen one before,if you press the start button in and hold it it goes but once you release it the dryer stops.can anybody help,thanks tedd.

    Does it have a start relay tedd? It sounds very much like similar faults on Hotpoint/Hoover/Candy dryers with a start relay.

    Have you got the PNC number, I cannot locate a TM310 on TDS?

    hi jim,it doen`t have a start relay behind thh button like the creda,but 2 wires going to the timer.the numers on machine are type 542232,prod no 916092602/01,and no44900245 many thanks tedd

    I couldn’t find it the first time because it is a Tricity Bendix 🙂 quick edit of title. 😉

    You are correct, no sign of a relay in the components list. 😕 Not come across this fault myself.

    PS. The Zanussi experts will know better than me but looking at the wiring diagram it could be the timer itself that is faulty, better wait until someone who knows for sure comes along.

    Ihave one the same, was it the timer? replaced the switch but no difference.

    is there not a relay at the back of the timer

    couldnt see one, two purple wires go to the timer.
