    customer just phoned he has a zanussi zwf1217w fault code e90 been coming up few times but managed to reset programme but now e20 coming up any ideas regards tedd

    E20 = User error code. Diagnostic routine will take you to specific fault; ie E20 is pump problems, E21/2/3 are the precise codes relating to the general E20.

    dont know about you but the times I’ve tried diagnostics routine I might as well not have bothered. either it comes up with something not listed or doesnt work at all. check all the obvious first………….. then try pressing buttons it might for you

    thanks for your help,went to it today and found filter blocked.
