When running any temperature cycle, the dishwasher tablet is either

left in the tray it is loaded and ends up a soggy mess or

spat out onto the bottom of the machine – still soggy

either way it will not give good results

Sounds as if you may have to clean the spray arms.

If they are clean and free you may have a fault with the motor or capacitor.

    spray arms are clean.

are the spray arms spun by water pressure or on a motor?

they dont seem to rotate in a cycle even though its easy to spin them by hand.

Well as in all the BOSCH posts ‘no water in’ you can easily ‘search’ for a possible solution.

If you would like a local engineer to fix it for you, then click on the link below. 😉
