Problem: Poor wash (really poor).
Have checked obvious, no faults found, no leds flashing, machine going through cycle, customer has tried various detergents.
I’m not sure if lower spray arm is turning. There is water pressure coming through when spray arm removed.
(This machine has a half load facility but not sure how this works?)
Any ideas please!
