    Hi, I hope that I’m not repeating someone else’s problem but I didn’t find any help by running a search. My mother in law has the above model of dishwasher which is currently not working. When you turn on the dishwasher, the display marks 6. When you press the delay button to change it to 0 it remains fixed at 6. When changing programmes two buttons make the display mark 10 while the other makes it 6 again. I thought it might be some software fault which might require a reset but I don’t know how to do it. If it could be anything else I would appreciate if you could let me know but if it could be a software crash which could be fixed with a reset, please let me know how to reset it.

    Well its not a fault code so I can only guess that its a module fault.
    To be sure please feel free to use the link below for an engineer.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. However, I don’t live in the UK so no use checking for an engineer online. Is there some way to perform a software reset??

    Hi
    There is no reset process on the module unfortunately. Like you said you are not in UK so have moved you to correct Forum 🙂 and we have no engineers covering Malta…..yet 😆
    I would still urge you to find an engineer in your area to confirm the fault.
