    any one know about this model…
    ive never seen or heard of it b4…
    going to it soon ..customer says after power-cut it all still works, but cant get crushed ice….and sometimes water dispensor gets stuck…???
    realy dont know if these have been pre-existing faults, and customer is using power-cut as a way of getting appliance fixed at someone else,s expense…

    any advice appreciated ….ally

    You may need to re-check that model number Ally.
    I know some of the Neff side by sides were Maytag made/design, so were a joy to work on 😀
