    Hello,

I am new here and require some assitatce if you please.

I have moved into a house with a diplomat oven installed, 620 AHY3601. The previous owner didn’t leave any instructions and the sound of the alarm has gone really quiet.

It was fine one day then i must have press a migical combination that turned the volume down.

Any ideas how to turn it back up would be welcomed.

    Any help would be apprechiated.

I have looked at loads of different websites with no luck. MFI website doesn’t like to give out manuals any more for the electrical stuff.

A manual would be a great help, or some idea of what to try.

Yup, holding the minus button in for a few seconds should give a test of the current setting. Keep holding it in and the clock should cycle through all available sounds – release the button when you get to the one you want.

I have a different model Diplomat but this happens to mine ocassionally. I switch all the power off (i.e. at wall) switch back on and hey presto!
