    Indesit IS70C Condensor dryer
    Went to look at this machine which is 18 months old with a complaint of noisy. When you load the machine the weight makes the drum rub against the rear panal of the dryer. I have tried bending the rear panal but it will need a lot more bending than i am prepared to give it. Is there a solution for this and if so part numbers will be helpful If it is a case of changing the front plastic bearings and felt can anyone help me out with part numbers with those.

    The answer is a thicker rear sponge seal, which forces the drum to sit further forward. Jim knows the part number…….. 😀

    New drum it has a differant profile to keep it away from the back panel.

    26mm rear seal is a 1703078. Must not be used on the later drum that johhnyj mentions. That one needs a 16mm seal, 1703659.
