howdo,
our receptionist’s friend recently had British Gas out to look at her boiler, it’s an Ideal W2000 60F. The engineer said the ‘Fan Assembly Complete’ was not working and needed a new one, but then proceeded to say that there were no parts available for this boiler.I am hoping somebody out there knows if this part is available or if there is another part which will fit.
The part number is 133609 (British Gas 319189).
Any help will be welcome, even if it’s just to confirm that the parts aren’t available.
