    Hello, I have a Zanussi ZBQ965 (949 711 222)with 2 blown components on the power card (Electrolux 389 06 59 01 B). Does anyone know where I can find the values of VP01 and CP02 on the card (Maybe a service manual), or where I can get a used card. New card is about £100.

    i think id be finding the reason WHY it had blown the pcb first

    its a lot of money to watch go up in smoke

    but please, do it with the power off

    Ah yes, Thanks. Large power surge from mains to neighbourhood. Blew lots of things, but this is proving the most difficult to repair. Any ideas appreciated.

    itll have to be a new pcb im afraid

    and then youll have to code it.. which isnt a great deal of fun

    a second hand one would be rare, and a new one expensive

    can i ask.. does it have a digital display on the front panel, which displays the time?

    No digital display. Just a Trafo, 4 relays and sundries. Connection points for Display, Led, Door/tim and bits.
    Are you saying that it’s not just a case of replacing the card/pcb and closing up ?

    Should you not be looking for the power supplier to pay for the repair ?
