    I dont recognise this machine but it seems well built-metal outer tank and a clockwork timer.Need a tank to pump hose.I have a telephone number for service but the cheeky beggars have transferred it to a premium rate no. Only other numbers on the door are:
    JK 0053C 00216
    78 12373 00 071002
    Help please.

    Youre joking -just to fit a sump hose! I retract my statement as to it being a well built machine.Any idea of part no. and where obtainable.

    Eventually sorted this one out.Hole in the sump hose was in the bellows so with careful surgery and a short piece of plastic pipe cut the new hose and then joined it to the old hose just above the bellows.Saved me taking the tank out ,the customer wasnt prepared to pay for that.
    Hose was £16.44 from a firm called JTM Contracts Tel.0870 7749202.

    I first phoned service no. on booklet.That was directed to a premium rate no(019etc)-which turned out to be Anglo Iberian who directed me to another premium rate no. for spares but the part and invoice came from Jtm.Hope this helps might save somebody trawling about for Essentials spares.
