ParticipantHi all.
I have a GW500B-F model F&P washing machine which I have just replaced with a new reconditioned display controller board. What is happening when I put it in and start up is the spin light is on and flashing and machine constantly beeps. I have read somewhere that you need to reset the system and I have tried that with holding down the start/pause button and pressing Power to no avail.
It used to have an older 426433 display model but they have provided me with a 426033 part instead which they say is compatible with my 426243 (blue coloured) motor controller which I have in there. Its quite possible i have other problems with my machine as is hasnt been working properly for a while though i’ve managed to get clothes done by restarting the machine a few times and manually filling it to avoid other problems. Anyway I have hopefully run the diaognotics correctly and have come up with the following error codes :
1101001
1011
10If anyone can shed some light on how I can get my washing machine working and past the initial error when I turn it on with the flashing spin light and constant beeping then I’d really appreciate it.

As far as I can work out, the display and control boards should have been changed as a pair. 426433 new display works with 426418 controller.

many thanks! i HAVE managed to get the correct controller board and then with the help of this website I have been able to activate the new board Start/Pause + Power buttons, then setting the water level to the appropriate width of my machine with help from another post on this site and now it seems to be running again enough to get some washing done. It still seems to have some problems with refilling once reaching a wash stage but I will try figure that out some other time.
