    Hi Johnny,

Have you had a look through this lot?

One thing’s for sure, it isn’t the machine, but to help more I’d need to know what powder, what fabric and what program.

    Hi K

The customer uses Persil Non Bio on synthetics 40 degrees.
The garments are Black cotton jeans which get orangs spots on them
Black cotton T Shirts Black underware, orangs Streaks
Some are new underware and they get orange streaks also

The most obvious one is that is classed as “Colour spotting on coloured/dark items” and, to be fair, the photo I have looks to be of “orangey” staining although they state that the stains can be “brown, blue or red”. But the customer’s gonna love this…

Washing colour sensitive/darkly coloured item in a bleach containing powder when a colour, liquid or light duty product would be more appropriate.

Treatment: None, the damage is irreversable.

I expect it’s probably a combination of these as she sure ain’t using a “colour” detergent from what you’ve said.

    Good Luck. 😕
