Hi just wondering before i go and call a repair person out if anyone here can help.
I have a year old AEG Lavamat 1680 washer dryer. It has worked perfectly until we have just moved house, plumberd it in and it wont work. It displays EFO on the screen and beeps, the pump also works continuously. I have tried clearing out the drain pipe on the front but still no joy. It seems to have got “stuck” in this mode .. is there any way of resetting the machine or do i bite the bullet and call out service

Have you plumberd it in to a sink spigot? If so, check that is open and not blanked off.

Hi thanks for the reply yep the plumbing is all good, there was a washing machine that came with the house which we plumbed back in just to check things, that works fine so its just my one thats not playing. Its such a good machine when it works so would really love to find out whats gone wrong with it. We have also tried holding down the start button when switching it on as i read that on a post on here… still no joy.
Having problems getting hold of the repairman too. 😕
