If you remove the filters, the WI will be at the 3 oclock position.
It can be either clear round plasic looking with raised nodule or most common, round with a honeycomb grill/mesh.
The honeycomb one tends to get clogged with crud and can be easily cleaned carefully with a toothbrush, but don’t prod too far in or you may perferate the membrane rendering it u/s.
I usually manage to clean them in situ effzedarr, as greg suggests with a toothbrush or similar. I then follow that up by pouring some near-boiling water from a kettle in, enough to cover it, then with a long piece of silicon tube suck and blow the water through the mesh.
Just make sure the hose is quite long, or don’t suck too hard 😯
