    The fault is that when i put the dryer on the clothes and the dryer get hot but the clothes come out soaking wet.

    This also sometime happens when put the washing machine on.

    Any help appreciated. 🙂

    The first thing to check is the sump hose filter. Down at the bottom inside black rubber hose at the back. Be sure to remove the mains plug first.

    Just wondered if you had tried that yet as I have same problem with WD63.
