    customer says machine is boiling clothes

    Hi allan
    Would check to see if thermostat has welded itself together. if its mechanical of course. if thermistor check resistance readings

    M6012W This machine has a thermister
    Had one the other day customer complained it was shrinking clothes because to hot . Found that the flooring people had moved machine and connected hoses wrong way round.

    hi ok thanks for the hints .. what is the resistance of a thermister supposed to be ?

    Hi

    Thermistor should be 5KOhm at 25degrees
