    Hiyas,
    Has anyone come across a Matrix Dishwasher? Model MX194.
    Customer complaining it takes 3 to 4 hours to complete a wash.
    Tested heater and stats that I could find, no problems.
    Customer came home and said that it was heating. Any ideas as to why it would take so long? Anyone got any information on this machine?
    Any help on this would be gratefully received.

    Economy brand from CDA. Probably has a distinct whiff of the Orient about it………..

    Any idea why it would take 3 to 4 hours to do a wash? I had though it might be heat related.
