just had a new kitche fitted
with intergrated kenwood kdw243a dishwasher
it worked when kitchen fitter tested it and the following morning
tryed it again it keeps blowing the fuse in the plug and works when door is open , code on display is e4 when i opened the door again after a few seconds it blow the fuse again and a spark came from the eliment
brand new machine fitted saturday

Ah, Chinese dishwashers – it did one whole wash? For the moment, unplug it. Do not attempt to repair it, as it is under warranty. Personally, I would insist that it was removed and replaced with something of better quality, as you are on a hiding to nothing with one of these.
E4 is overfill. What will have happened is that the water will have leaked into the undertray and it will have continued to heat as the water leaked away – no water = overheat = bang!
