ParticipantThis must be the worst company website, 9 out of 10 parts enquiry comes up with “no record we can order one for you”. It’s been like this since Wolsely took over Wash Vac. 😥 I usually end up ringing them.
If anyone from Wolseley is registered with UKWG maybe they would like to explain why they can’t get up to speed with their online ordering system, I have been loyal to them for over 15 years but they are trying my patience.
Anyone else have the same problems?

Yeah Mal there’s people from Wash Vac/Wolseley that have access to UKW. Whether they pay any attention to it is another matter, probably too busy feeding British Gas and eSpares to be bothered with us mere plebs.

Forgot to mention the Wolseley point system, everyone who has an account gets points to redeem for goods 🙂 ALL except the white goods customers. 😥 💡 I think a level playing field would be appreciated.

I think you’ll find it is due to most of their staff in Sittingbourne switching to work for Qualtex. Qualtex integrating the old ‘Stocklink’ system fully revamped by Eurorealm and renamed ‘Spareslink’ is a welcome saviour for us all to benefit. 😉
Parts Center have their ‘parts arena’ which is about as much use as the Koran in a Synagogue! :rolls:

I know we are straying off topic a bit but where’s that price shown Jim?
My Spareslink quotes £61.94 and Parts Center quotes £37.67

Chris.Correct, its just the ‘list’ or selling price that is more than double what the price on Partfinder is. 😕
This is a new install of Spareslink, I have done the mutiple update thingy already.

Spareslink are far truer to genuine rrp (whatever) than connect who’s retail price’s are not relative to anything really. My spareslink shows 61.94 trade but only £14.98 to me 😯 to me. (do we have another casse of selective disounting here?)
Back to parts centre though, did recieve a lovely pop out piece of junk mail from them today, kept me amused for all of a minute or so.

If thats the case Mark then order me 25 at that price and I will arrange collection. :rolls:
The best I can do ATM is £29.99 for qty of 2 at Masterpart.
Jim.

Jim, I even did a pre order check and they are still showing at that price! Never use them myself and a bit bulky to ship them but if you want to collect I will happily order as many as you want!
