    Hi this m/c runs ok when I get to it customer said it will not fill iv been to it two times dam thig works any help Barryfast 💡

    Is the start button on this machine one that will also stop/cancel the program when it is held in?

    I know this sounds to simple to be the problem, but it could be that your customer is pressing the start button for too long! We have had the exact same problem with a Beko WMA510 washer. We couldn’t understand why the customer couldn’t get the machine to work until we watched them use the machine. The woman kept her finger on the start button waiting for the washer to start.

    another problem I have seen is the customer not setting the program dial correctly but this was on a brand new appliance.
