Filter may have been loose though so problem is just skipping spin cycle on programme…

ParticipantRe: SERVIS 1500 RPM Easilogic M3025W – will not spin
It stops in the wash cycle, for example, with the water in but refusing to spin (it can physically rotate, whether easily ie. not struggling I can’t tell) then the Start light goes out. Selecting Empty and Spin will pump out the water but won’t / can’t spin…Tried to use OUST in case of limescale but couldn’t complete the 60 degree wash for it obviously…
Thanks

Hi
When you say it stops in wash cycle and refuses to spin do you mean that the motor will not turn the drum at wash speed. If so it could be motor brushes or a control module at fault. Time for an engineer to look at machine.

The drum can rotate during the initial part of the wash program but the rinse and spin (I’m presuming it doesn’t rinse as it needs the spin to begin) doesn’t happen, nor if the machine is set to empty and spin – it empties but doesn’t spin (sits making a humming noise – motor?) at spin speed, or any speed! as if the next level to go to is missing so to speak) Doesn’t make any noise when failing in wash just turns off as if hasn’t the ability to spin so stops…
