    Hi,

I rent out a property in Southampton and have been advised by the tenant that the oven has stopped working, having looked on here I’m pretty certain that the problem is the cooling fan (its an AEG about 18 months old).

As I’m overseas it’s difficult for me to contact an engineer in business hours, could someone be so kind as to email me some details for reputable people in the Southampton area that I can pass on to my tenants?

    Many thanks,

    Lou

    Hi Lou

Simply click on the link below and enter the post code of the property!

I tried that but being overseas I can’t contact them during business hours.

I doubt the guy would be too keen to call my Australian mobile and I can’t give him the tenants number either.

The page below sends off an email and then I have to wait around, I’d much rather just get a phone number and call when the timezones overlap – any able to help?

    Thanks,

    Lou

In that case perhaps an email to kwatt@ukwhitegoods.co.uk with the post code of the property might help?
