Machine probably 6 years old, moved into new house and inherited it. Worked fine until now. Started noticing odd smell over the last several washes coming from the drum which has been getting stronger – kind of like a wierd curry/rubber smell. Now machine will not do anything – light blinking and does the clicking round and round thing (I will check number of flashes tonight). Does not even attempt to fill up. Shall I check the filter first or does this sound like something more sinister?
Any help would be greatly appreciated 😉
