Htpt DWF 40 s/n 26700800,customer complained that m/c stopped & wash & dry lites flashing, this indicated Heater ,relay ,connection or module. Checked heater ,wiring ,connections, the relay seems to be part of the pcb. So fit new pcb pt# C00143206, m/c heats up [great thought me], now after about an hour m/c stops & you guess right , lites as before flashing ,yet the m/c is still warm/hot when you open the door .Wiring checks thro’ to the heater, disp solenoid ,float sw etc :rolls: so is it a faulty pcb or are the built in stats/cut-outs in the heater breaking down? It heats up to temp ok, this is doing me head in !!! 👿 👿 Any help guys is much welcome!

heaters are very prone to have a earth fault and this can lead to problem you give.
megger may not show earth fault.
also worth checking customers socket for polarity and earth.
