Collected this on my round, customer had got this in his house purchase, He had gave it a try but told me it took about 5hrs just to do an eco wash that should have took 2hrs 15mins. This is his discription of the symptoms…
“I only ever really used the eco wash, which should take around 2h15m overnight. It was taking around 5 hours to complete. It seemed to restart the last 40 minutes or so. ie the time remaining would count down to 5 minutes then reset to 40 to go. It finished eventually though.”
Just looking through the user manual and do you think he has added a speical setting to the standard eco program like extra rinse.
Do you think it Just needs a reset to put things right? Smeg, :rolls: not used to these. and this is the second in a week. 😳
