1/ LG washer dryer, only 2 mths old, customer complaint all dark washing bitting/white hairy fibers and fading (using new Ariel 30deg -40 washes And liquid ariel)
2/ On dryer clothes come out hot & wet white washing creased (water connection connected via Y piece on cold feed so have eliminated that)
3/ Some items have come out torn
Any suggestions
