    had an old dear phone up and ask if i can still get base element for her top oven on her 20 year old tricty contessa and the only no. she could find was 163782363w save me a trek all the way out to her if any body know the part no. for it and where i can get one found 1 on homespare site part no.3540 but not sure thats it without seeing it many thanks in advance

    I think the model number for these cookers is on a rating plate that swivels up from the top of the machine just to the right of the center.
