    Hi can anyone help
    you can set the program it is ok till it gets to the heating of the water it just stays in that position with the heater on and the circulation pump going.If you put it on the rinse hold program it goes through that ok.

    Thermostat? Double safety at the front (nc), 59c stat further back (no)

    Could be that the heater or the heater relay is breaking down before the temperature is reached.

    You need to check the water temperature.
