    Morning,

I am a new member so I would like to say Hi to everyone.

I’ve just bought a Servis Easi Logic 1300rpm M9503W washer dryer, I’ve put three loads of washing in so far and each time i’ve had to put the dryer on for 1.5 / 2 hours and the clothes are still not coming out dry, is this right or is there a problem, after the dryer cycle is finished I assumed the machine would be warm/hot but there is no heat at all.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

What size load are you trying to dry , as machine will wash a 5kg load but will only dry 2.5kg max .

    Thanks Mike

Yeah I tried that last night, after the wash cycle I halved the load for the dryer cycle and it was better, still not very impressed though, but I guess that’s what you get for buying a cheap washer/dryer.

    Hi

The dryer on a washer dryer is never very good ,much better to have a individual appliances.

Well funny enough I have supplied quite a lot of the above washer dryers.

Only reason because it is the cheapest and have not had much problem or complain from the customers.

Also Servis is giving 5 years parts gaurantee on these new W/D so you cannot go much wrong with the price you paid.

    Regards
