    I’m not a washer engineer but my lads washer dryer is playing up.
    When a programme is selected and started, it keeps on filling until the programme rotary control is “jiggled”, the washer then goes into its normal cycle until its time to empty – which it won’t do unless the rotary control is jiggled again.
    Can anyone give any pointers for me to look at and if it is the programmer up the creek a supplier for one ‘cos it isn’t listed on Connect.

    You won’t find it, ‘cos it’s a WD12S. Sounds like dodgy timer/selector – p/no C00080512, a staggering tenner form my preferred wholesaler.

    Thank you for that.

    How many times a day do I say to customers ” We can’t do anything without the correct model number”.

    I should be Bl**dy ashamed of myself….
