    I have a Hover fridge freezer model number HF27C001 that has stopped working. Recently I noticed that the interior light was getting very hot and remained hot even when the light was turned off. I have removed the light and the fitting has melted and the bulb is black.

    Any thoughts on a possible cause/cure????????????

    quite possibly the door switch is faulty

    what that does do, is leave the light on permanantly.. that then leaves a bulb that has become warm inside the fridge , and its impossible to cool

    take the bulb out and run it without it in, see if it works

    that’ll answer the quaestion
