    Hi,

    Anyone know what this means and hence what I need to do about it. The machine refuses to work any more)

    Hi Gary
    F12 means there is a problem with variant coding of the appliance.
    You will need a BSH engineer or equivalent to re code this for you Im afraid as we can’t give that information out sorry.
