    Ive drained the dishwasher as described (after doing a search i found many others have had the same prob) but on the inside of the dishwasher after taking the right hand panel off there is what looks like a round (tin sized)tupperware of crud soup !! how do i drain this out?

    Don’t……… It’s the very expensive water softener regenration unit……… It should be sandy brown in colour.

    What is your actual problem?

    The dishwasher just wouldnt work! It sounded like it was going through the cycle but it didnt take in any water.
    We tipped it and emptied the lower tray thing as suggested to another member on here and it now works fine, its just the crud jug thing that looked like it was still mank. 😳

    Keep an eye on it….. If it does it again, there may be a problem.
