    I have an Indesit Dishwasher with two LEDs flashing simultaneously. They are the first two LEDs on the left hand side of the machine. i.e prewash LED labelled 3 and Wash LED labelled 6. Does anyone have any idea as to the indesit fault code for this situation?

    I guess that means the drain pump has failed/is blocked? And I expect the machine has water in it and won’t drain out? 😉

    The unit did have water left in it and didn’t drain, however drain is clear, as the unit will syphon water out if drain pipe is lowered. I have removed drain pump and tested and seems ok. I wonder if it isn’t getting a signal to initiate draing?

    Thanks for pointing in the rigth direction. Although the drain was clear and I had tested the pump with an independant supply and all was ok, I hadn’t verified the pump motor capaitor. So new capacitor job done.

    there is no capacitor on the drain pump. the capacitor is on the wash pump,if the circulation pump goes open circuit the drain pump will not work because its in series with wash pump regrds Gazza
