I have an itegrated diplomat dishwasher. It was here when we moved house and unfortunately I do not have the manual and cannot find a model number.

we have had some plumbing work done in the bathromm and since then the dishwasher stops shortly after it starts the cycle. It shows what I think is a error code where the first 3 lights are flashing and the fifth (last) is constant.

any advice would be greatly appreciated
    thanks

First thing you might like to check is the inlet filter (turn off water, disconnect fill hose, pull out small gauze filter and clean)

Many times i have seen these get blocked immediately after plumbing work which has disturbed all the crud in the piping.

the dishwasher is not in the bathroom

I have tried cleaning the filter. When I hold down the P button the last 2 lights light up (4th +5th)

None of the flashing lights is an error code. You could try the procedure below and see if that resets it:

    Reset Procedure
Switch on and press the programme button 4 times, within 3 seconds. The 1st and 5th lamps should light…….. You may have to do this several times before it works! Assuming that it does, switch off, count to 10, switch on and run the rinse programme only.

Be advised that solenoid failure/ breakdown/poor connections can corrupt the board and cause unlisted faults.
