NEW WORLD RANGE COOKER RELAY CLICKING….ANY IDEAS PLEASE?

Hi, Went out on a 9 year old Newworld all electric range, customer complain of clicking noise, on inspection after removing the back panel found there to be a main pcb with about 8 relays on it 1 of which was clicking at speed. After a closer look found that it was the relay linked to one of the ovens(main fan oven) and it would click all the time the stat clicked off ie all the time it s heating its fine, even when its switched of on the selector/regulator irs clicking, spoke to a fellow engineer and was advised to walk away but i really want to fix this cooker for a really nice customer thus why im writing this post….PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME ITS NOT THE BOARD.
