No heat detected in the time allowed. Tube heater undeneath probably failed, stat failure, broken wiring, control unit all possibilities. But I’d start with the heater……..

Power off, if you’re going to investigate this yourself.

Knock the caps off, will you?

I took off the front panel to get to the switch wiring and all are ok
I start it up in cycle 1 then 2 and 4 but they all when finished the light was flahing at 4 but in cycle 3 was ok.I don’t think the water is getting hot because in all the first three cycle the machine did not get hot and the dishes are not that clean.
to check the heater tube is this a big job for a diy with no parts manual to see where things go or should i call an enginner out?

Your machine should not have a ‘tube’ heater, it may be one that you can see inside the tub. If the element does not have any obvious blemishes or distortions then I think it is time to get the machine checked out by someone with the correct test equipment to verify the heater condition and check all other possibilities.

    Jim.
