    HI all, I have noted many other references to AEG Ovens switching themselves off for no apparant reason. Unfortunately the faulty part mentioned in many posts doesn’t seem to be relevant to my oven(s). I have a D81000M. Can anyone tell me the most likely affending part that causes the oven (both top and bottom) to cut out after a random period of time.

    There is a series of thermostats on the roof of the top oven associated with the cooling fan. There are also thermostats mounted on the sides of the oven casings. I’d start my search there, although I have to say that this looks an extraordinarily complex appliance.

    Stay safe, power off at all times.

    I have same problem with my D81000, Product # 944171128, Ser.# 03000016.

    Both ovens turn off randomly?

    Hi,

    Has anyone found a solution for this issue, mine has started to do a similar thing on both ovens and grill.

    Check if cooling fan running? can normally feel a small breeze from vent slots on oven casing just above doors? if oven overheats safety thermostats cuts the clock and ovens off!
