    went on the above cooker today, customer told me fascia lamp and grill not working, the grill and top oven worked fine for me but not the fascia lamp or the cooling fan, the 10 tag module (ec118a) was blown badly and now the top oven neon flickers at half brightness when the stat is off. could the neon be flickering due to the module being blown?? or is the stat also damaged?? the cooling fan apears to be ok.

    Probably just the module (obsolete :()

    The neon is normally connected to the same terminal as the element on the stat so the oven wouldn’t work correctly if the stat was faulty I doubt.

    QER may have stock of these, I doubt they’ll be able to repair the faulty one if it’s blown to bits 🙂
