    Hello all!,

    Despite attending 2 lots of Refrigeration training with Samsung we are receiving no work.

    Manchester Based and do work through GBdar in the Manchester and Liverpool Areas. We have great telephone support in our office, complete 80{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of all refrigeration calls first time and have very few recalls.

    We used to get lots of work on both Servis And Samsung but all seems to have dried up!

    So who is doing it and what volume of calls do you get in your areas?

    I would love to know!

    Have you been in touch with ISDAL as they are doing some Samsung I think?

    There are also rumours abound that Samsung are going to direct agents, so it may be that that’s happened in the area.
