    Admiral GC2227SDFB/17 FD8204

    I’m having a lot of problems with the ice making maching if left on for a few days about half of the ice cubes in the collector are not fully frozen,therefore when they get tipped out there is water also being tipped out which then freezes all the lot into a solid lump and then jamming the screw up.

    I have a thermometer in the freezer which says its set cold enough and of course the other half of the made ice cubes are made totally solid.
    I suspect there must be some kind of sensor to tell the machine when the cubes are ready to be thrown out.

    I suspect the flap that opens to allow the cubes to exit is not fully closing.
    If this is the case then you will need a few spares and I would urge you to get a price and use an engineer as this is can be quite a tricky repair.
