    not been to it yet,
    customer says not drying properly and steam coming out of soap drawer…
    any ideas…sorry no model no yet…about 1 year old

    Fun or condenser dryer? More likely is condenser one because of steam presence…
    Check and clean air filter, duct for cooling air, cooling fan, termistor (sensor) and not at least pump&tube (level switch also).

    My money would be on an open circuit condensor valve.

    If you get stuck, don’t forget the machine has a two year gtee.
