creda 37753e dryer sensor

    Hi
    I have just had a call customer said she cannot use the sensor dry on her machine only the timer. I have looked on the parts list and could not find a sensor is it called something else can anyone help

    Probably a bad contact between the brush, the front plate and the tub sensor I would think?

    Hi
    My customer said it would heat up but not turn off. I thought sensor but could not find one listed if it is has any one got a part number

    Which part do you need Les? Unless you’ve checked out the items I mentioned earlier you won’t know, besides it probably just needs a clean?

    just trying to have wright part as call 23 miles away and if it was a sensor then i have to make a return call

    Can you see the parts on your copy of Partfinder Martin, mine shows all the bits and bobs for the brush and sensor but the parts list finishes at No: 430, none of the sensor mechanism seems to be listed. 😕

    Very true, but take a gander at a 37746E (they’re pretty much the same set-up) 😉

    All the bits are itemised there….Yet another Partfinder cock-up eh? 😈

    Don’t forget to check the earth strap on the rear bearing shaft. If it’s broken or been lubricated with a non conductive grease then the sensor won’t work.
