When the TKD701 stops during a program the cure may be a boiling hot kettle of water as the pipes underneath get clogged with grease.
Problem Cure
Have the dishwasher switched off, there is no need to unplug it to carry out this maintenance.
Remove the bottom basket so that’s out your way.
Remove all the filters at the bottom and clean them thoroughly.
Get a boiling hot kettle of water and pour it into the sump, that’s the bit where the filters came from.
Re-assemble and try the machine.
It may not work every time and you may still require an engineer to resolve the problem but it is worth a try.
